Everything was good, particularly good location just off popular cafes, the center, and Batu Bolong street's cafés, pleasant staff. The atmosphere created was special. Got big and beautiful double room with big and comfy bed when arrived, really enjoyed that...

The units are a nice size with her kids. The staff is genuinely helpful and attentive, an absolute asset to this the place.

The staff at Santi Homestay is very diligent and helpful. the room was spotless and comfortable. - the homestay is in an unbeatable location with a very nice restaurant nearby. - It is easy to reach from Ngurah Rai International Airport, only a 24-minute drive away.

The room we booked was tidy and spotless with a nice bed and good air conditioner. the location was great and perfect, relatively close to Taman Segara Madu Water Park. the hotel was in a really quiet area.

Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and I loved that some of them had direct access to the swimming pool. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to the main street and within walking distance of many nice restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center but still very peaceful. The pool is fantastic and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were always helpful and made us feel welcome.

There were a few negative aspects. the bathroom had an awful smell coming from the toilet.
